About the Event
Our annual Celebration of Food and Wine is of particular significance to us as it’s our opportunity to say thank you to our extraordinary donors and supporters. Their voluntarism and philanthropic spirit supports extraordinary innovation at the hospital and enables the work of world-class physicians to deliver compassionate care for some of the most vulnerable residents of our city.
Every year, in July, we showcase a country that excels in the wine industry, perfectly pairing the region’s signature dishes and finest wines. This event offers an extraordinary sponsorship opportunity and an exceptional experience for guests.
Hosted in the magical lakeside setting of The Toronto Hunt this exclusive invitation-only cocktail reception features fabulous food and wine stations and spectacular décor – whisking guests away for an evening in the featured region.
If the fine wine and gourmet food is not proof enough of a fabulous event we also welcome a celebrity chef rooted and inspired by the country. Featured countries have included Argentina, South Africa, Italy – and most recently, France.A big thank you to our dedicated event committee and Marcel Bregstein, Assistant General Manager at The Toronto Hunt, for bringing the whole event together every year and to the whole all Toronto Hunt staff for all their great service.
